Return Policy
We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of when you received the items provided they are new and not installed. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is damaged when we receive it we can not issue credit.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Any order cancelled after the initial 24 period will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refer to our return policy.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse a cancellation request if it falls outside of the stated policy or if abuse of the policy is suspected.
Warranty
Like other brand product retailers, Hiace Southeast doesn't provide its own product warranty; we adhere to the manufacturer's warranty. Should you encounter an issue with a product during the warranty period, please email a warranty claim.

Warranties are valid only for:
The original part purchaser.
The specific vehicle it was listed for in our catalog and where the part was first installed.
The mentioned terms are exclusive to parts fitted on private passenger vehicles. Warranties for cargo, commercial, or off-road vehicles might have stricter limits.
Warranty coverage includes only the part replacement. Cash refunds, labor, shipping, or any other costs are not compensated.
A warranty replacement doesn't prolong the warranty duration. All warranties commence from the delivery date.
